About Vox

Who we are, who we serve, and what a Vox subscription is, and is not.

Last updated 2 November 2026.

Vox is a UK product company that provides an annual workplace reporting channel for employers with 50 to 499 people, and for HR consultants who advise them. Workers report without an account, can exclude a named handler before sending, and reports are encrypted in the browser. Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). A subscription is a reporting channel; it does not make an employer compliant.

What we sell

An annual subscription for a reporting channel: a public reporting page for workers, named handlers, follow-up by case key, deadlines, and a tamper-evident log of staff actions.

Who it is for

UK employers with 50 to 499 people. HR consultants who already advise those employers. There is no plan for organisations with fewer than 50 people.

What Vox is not

  • Not a compliance certification or legal advice service.
  • Not a managed telephone hotline with external call handlers.
  • Not an enterprise ethics suite aimed at multi-country programmes of 1,000+ people.

Where we operate

Built for organisations in the United Kingdom. Product data, backups, and processing are hosted in Frankfurt (EU) on Render.
