For HR consultants advising SME employers

A practical fit for consultants who already advise UK employers with 50 to 499 people.

Last updated 2 November 2026.

Vox is built for UK employers with 50–499 people and for the HR consultants who already advise them. Consultants can recommend an annual reporting channel with published pricing (£1,190 or £1,990), handler exclusion, and EU (Frankfurt) data residency, without claiming the subscription makes the client “compliant”.

When is Vox a good fit for a client?

  • Single UK entity (or simple UK group) with 50 to 499 people.
  • Need a digital channel live quickly, with a QR poster or handbook link.
  • Board or insurer asks for a speak-up route that is not only the line manager.
  • Client wants EU (Frankfurt) data residency and clear annual cost.

What should you tell the client Vox is not?

Not a managed telephone hotline. Not a multi-country enterprise ethics suite. Not a certificate that the Worker Protection Act preventative duty or whistleblowing policy is satisfied. Pair the channel with policy, training, and investigation process.

How consultants typically work with Vox

  1. Confirm organisation size band and whether an alternative recipient is needed.
  2. Help name handlers and categories that match the client’s policy.
  3. Publish the link or poster and brief managers on what exclusion means.
  4. Point legal/privacy reviewers to the trust hub.
