One annual price for the organisation. Unlimited cases. No per-report charges.

Vox is billed annually: £1,190 a year for organisations with 50 to 199 people, and £1,990 a year for 200 to 499 people. Cases are unlimited. There are no per-report charges. There is no plan for fewer than 50 people. A subscription is a reporting channel; it does not make an employer compliant.

In plain terms: both plans are the same reporting channel. The larger plan adds more handler capacity and controls that boards and multi-department setups usually ask for.

Refunds

Paid annually at checkout. Withdraw within 30 days for a refund. After that, the subscription runs to the end of the paid year.

What is not included

  • Legal advice or a compliance certificate.
  • A managed 24/7 telephone hotline with external call handlers.
  • Per-report or per-case fees (there are none).
